Dr. Davia Madariaga, Ed. D.
Dr. Davia Madariaga is the founder and principal in the Madariaga Consulting Group. She is an educational program development expert with extensive experience in planning and conducting staff development trainings, evaluating instructional programs, and implementing district-wide curriculum to improve student performance. Her demonstrated leadership skills in teaching, administrating, and directing at the district level result from her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Doctorate Degree in Educational Transformational Leadership.
Dr. Madariaga’s focus for the group has four parts: information for parents, resources for educators, training for non-educators, and guidance for career changers. Through the work of Madariaga Consulting Group, she is leading transformative change for hundreds of people across the United States.

Dr. Madariaga is a 2021 and 2022 Reader for the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders applicants. The fellowship is the flagship program of the U.S. Government’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI).
Dr. Madariaga has received both the Bronze and Silver Awards for the President’s Volunteer Service Award, founded in 2003 by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation and given for volunteering above and beyond in the community.
