Support for Developing and Implementing Special Programs

Educators know their craft and their curriculum, but it is often the “other” items that become burdensome. We can help!

Throughout years of classroom and district-level experience, we have developed ways to help educators be successful with time management, classroom set-up, lesson planning and differentiation, as well as teaching with fidelity by scaffolding lessons.

Helping educators implement special programs, including 504 and various intervention programs, can range from a half-day presentation of tips to leading the crafting of policies and procedures. Understanding state and Federal grant management—from application to award through final closure of the grant—is another area of support that we offer.
